While in the US, the Aga Khan is visiting Georgia and Texas, where he is scheduled to meet with the Governors of both states. Thousands of Ismailis from around the USA are travelling to Atlanta and Houston to have special mulaqats (audiences) with their 49th Imam. The Ismailis refer to these special mulaqats as Didars (literary a glimpse). The Georgia World Congress Centre is the venue in Atlanta for the mulaqats.

  1. Beautiful photos and excellent write up to cover Mawlana Hazar Imam’s visit to Atlanta in connection with Diamond Jubilee Celebration. Atlanta Jamat and Ismaili Institutions there are most resourceful in terms of skill, devotion, experience and material resources.

It goes without saying that leaders, Jamat and volunteers of Atlanta will leave no stone unturned to make this visit most memorable and historical.

Barakah is indeed doing exceptionally good work to keep abreast the Ismaili Jamat all over the world which will further strengthen frontier less brotherhood. Congratulation.
