“I say to you all on Navroz, Navroz Mubarak and I want you, at the beginning of this New Year, to try to think a bit ahead in your future. Each Navroz say to yourselves, ‘Have we done our work’? If you have then I will be very happy indeed. I pray that in this New Year, your worldly and spiritual happiness should progress tenfold and that this be the case every year” — Ilm magazine, March 1976, page 1, published by the Ismailia Association for the UK.

  1. Again a very timely educational post. I have already forwarded the same to my e-mail group across the world (also with a couple of other important notes and write-ups on the auspicious occasion of Navroz to be celebrated on Thursday, March 21, 2024. The following remarks were included in my e-mail of this morning:

“Finally, please log on to http://www.barakah.com to read the latest post dated March 17 2024 titled “For Navroz, Thoughtful Messages by the 48th and 49th Hereditary Imams of the Ismaili Muslims, and a Sermon on Piety by the 1st Imam, Hazrat Ali”. These are “timeless” and “priceless” messages.

“I remember having read recently and I am paraphrasing that if we tried to go through the thousands of life attributes of our most beloved 1st Imam Hazrat Ali A.S. we will not be able to describe these fully and completely.”

Best wishes and prayers on the auspicious occasion of Navroz to all the “Barakah” family.
